Engagements begin with a brief phone consultation to understand the property, current pest concerns, and existing operational practices. Next, a Tier 1 Property Risk Assessment is scheduled. This on-site walkthrough evaluates structural, sanitation, moisture, and operational risk factors and produces an Overall Property Risk Index (OPRI) score.
Following the assessment, a written report is provided summarizing observed conditions and risk categories. If structural or operational gaps are identified, Tier 2 implementation services may be recommended to develop inspection frameworks, documentation systems, and operational protocols to address those risks.
For larger properties or portfolios requiring a more comprehensive program, Tier 3 services are available to develop full IPM and environmental management infrastructure, including monitoring protocols, program documentation, and ongoing audit structures.
